I know how exciting it is to finally hear the news that you’re going to have a baby. I’m sure there are many questions going through your head about keeping you and your baby healthy throughout your pregnancy.
I have several pieces of exercise equipment as well as a Wii fit. I have a Gazelle Glider, a stationary bike, and a punching bag. I'm guessing that the bag is out, but what about the others? Are those good to use when you're pregnant? I'm only 5 weeks right now but I'd like to be able to start exercising again.
