I used sterile water injections for my back labor... i didnt notice too large of a change... but the water of moving into a birthing tub really took the edge off. I appreciate all your suggestions. Every mom deserves to have as many options as possible.

I prefer having back labor. It is less painful. I have had back pain all of my life due to scoliosis and lumbar lordosis (also called swayback), so I have gotten used to back pain. So back labor is a breeze for me!
