hi can one go for like an hour serious jogging when tring to get pergnant or let say when ovulating and still get pregnant?

My husband and I have been trying for ahwile to have a baby but it seems like our luck is running out. We are in our early 20's and we both want a baby more then anything. I have P.C.O.S and i dont have my monthly gift all the time, what can I do so we can start our family?? Can anyone help??

Take it day by day. I have been trying for about 2 years but actively trying with a fertility specialist for about a year. I have P.C.O.S. and I only have one ovary. The other one was removed due to the P.C.O.S. Not to mention my husband has a low sperm count but we have had two chemical pregnancies. The emotional roller coaster is hard but I stay hopeful. You can too.

Hi I have a little boy who is 3yr old. I got pregnant again in 2009 of you july and I miscared. then Our OBGYN said for us to try again so we did and Dec. we was preganat again then miscared again but it was caused by Truner Syndrome. I love kids and want more and its killing me not know if I'm going to be able to have more or if I'm going to have nothing but miscarriage.

yes we can try any position to have sex and believe me it really works 
i have two kids and i tried almost every position all works

Well what happens when one has tried those positions and elevates the hips but the ejaculate still comes back out? What are you suppose to do about that?

I used Instead soft cups when I was trying to conceive just for this reason. It is meant to be a menstrual product but it works really well as a fertility aid and keeps semen close to your cervix. You can usually find Instead cups at Walgreens.

In Asia, a lot of people think that if the girls is on top then she can't get pregnant. So instead of using protection, the girls will just trust this method. It's a very dangerous way of thinking.

We started trying at the start of this month! my period always starts on the 25th of every month so its kinda easier to know when is the correct time to start trying. my question is im using the ovualation calulater on here. i was just wondering is that accurate?

My aunt had the same problem (PCOS) and she had to do a lot of fertility treatments. She did the IVF, artificial insemination, fertility pills, fertility injections.....She went through a lot to have my little cousin but she had him. So it's not impossible. Don't give up hope. Talk to your doctor about a fertility specialist.

I have a period calendar on my phone called 'My Days'. It is pretty accurate and free. I was pregnant in less than a month. Just so you know though, you are most fertile five days after your period.
