i was jus thinking while reading this...at home i have wild berry and rasberry-pomergranated herberal tea...do i avoid it or should jus look out for what it contains??

One tip for a "tea" you can make at home, that really helps with a sore throat is just boiling water with honey & fresh lemon (slice, squeeze a couple slices, then add to water). It's completely safe during pregnancy and the lemon and honey are very soothing on the throat. I drink it often, even when not pregnant, and my kids also enjoy it when they have colds (I just dont use boiling water for theirs)

Another nice homemade tea is made with fresh ginger slices and honey. Also helps with nausea.
