If a woman is pregnant and she inserts a finger into her vagina squating what would she observe as a pregnancy indicator?

okay i need help Im not sure if this could happen to me twice in one life time but when I was preg with my first I took 6 urine preg test and 1 blood that came up neg and when I was right at about 3mnt I took another one and it came up pos well now I am kinda in the same boat I have done 9n urine and 2 blood but they all say no my last (.) was in june on the 11th I would be 11 weeks right now if I was preg please someone help me thank you..

i want to know when should preg it is during period time. i should intercourse with my husbhand of my last day of my period or in between plz suggest me
