If someone has a histamine intolerance, which basicly means to be allergic to certain foods. All kind of foods which occurs the chemical histamine.
This chemical is also on the them that is released in the body as part of an allergic reaction, like causing the typical itching, wheezing, sneezing and swelling allergy symptoms as well.

To get a overview about food that are particularly high in histamine I will write it down.

-Champagne, wine, beer
-dried fruit, seeds, nuts
-fruit and vegetables

and many more!

Well, nowadays there are many medicines available. But for histmane intolerance there is only one and it is not as known as a "old" product. So I will tell you the "star" product. It is called Daosin and it has no side effects as well. You only have to spend attention for taking it right before you eat, thats it!

Hope I could help some

best wishes
