My twenty one month old is ALWAYS hungry! He's nearly 30# and "looks" good. Nobody has ever made any comments about his weight being too little or too much.
I just keep feeding him more each time he tells me he wants more. I hope I am doing the right thing!
Good article and great to see the portions we should feed. He is on a really restricted diet due to food allergies and I guess that's why I just feed him more of what he is permitted to have because I just assume he needs it or needs more.
