If you would like to know precisely when you ovulate, the best way to determine this is to use an ovulation prediction test and to keep a fertility chart. You can get an idea of when you are ovulating simply by tracking your fertile signs; but, this will only let you know that you are displaying
I used the ovulation kits and calendar and still didn't get pregnant. I am trying for my third child. But I realized that my cycle last month was 28 days and this month was 30days so I probably did not ovulate on the 14th day. I will try again this month..wish me luck
I've never heard of the OPK before - I wonder if these are sold in Australia? I did the second option - measuring basel body temperature. Works a treat and if you track it each month you can easily work out when the best days are to have sex. (Which if you're curious is 3-4 days before you ovulate and up to one day after you ovulate).
