for me cause my son didn't want to lack on to me it have to breast pump and that was pretty much painless but there would be times were i hurts so badly i can only fill up one 4 ounce bottle and that is only good for one drinking season my son drinks alot of milk so my suggestion to you new mom's to be make sure you eat food that usually have soup to have more milk and this way it wont be that painful to breast pump cause it you don't have much milk it will take longer to breast pump and that can cause you pain or the feeling of sore nipples
