You may have lucked out with a child who loves to eat fresh vegetables, but many parents face a tall order when it comes to getting their kids to eat anything "green," or red, purple or yellow for that matter, if it's in fact a vegetable.
Thanks! The smoothie idea was very good. For my nephews and nieces, I try hiding veggies by chopping it finely and adding it to their favorite food, like pastas. These tips might come in handy when we have our little one very soon.
