HI, so me and my husband have been trying to conceive for over a year now. I have endometriosis and PCOS, so I know this is a hard road for us, but three times now I have gotten a positive at home test after a missed period and each time I get to the doctor to only find out I've had a miscarriage. I cant help but get so depressed and afraid it won't happen for us. I know there are other options, but it's just not the same as carrying my own child full term. Can anyone offer us advice? Please!

I am so sorry that you have gone through this. It was similar to what happened to me. Luckily for me, I have been blessed with my 2 year old DD and a little boy due in April. In *my* situation, my body wasn't producing enough progesterone. I have to supplement my progesterone starting at 3 days past ovulation and continue it through the first trimester. That is one of many different reasons for loss.

There is a board on here for people in your situation. They will have questions as to what testing your doctor has done on you, such as blood clotting disorders and progesterone numbers.
