Short answer: 6 hours, about 1 hour pushing.
Long answer: I was induced at 38w4d due to IUGR. At 9am the doc administered cervical gel and sent me home. I returned at 3pmto find that I was still not dialated at all, so they put in more gel and admitted me for the evening.
I spent a few hours walking stairs at the hospital to see if I could get things going. I did get what seemed to be strong BH contractions...but nothing intense or painful.
at 10pm my nurse was taking me off of the monitors when my water broke. Labor then took off fast and furious. I was almost immediately in extreme unmanageable pain, and when the nurse told me I was only at a 3-4 I changed my birth plan and requested an epi.
Given the time of night, the anesthesiologist didn't get there until 2am. I had my epi in by 3am. The nurses didnt check my progress pre-epi.... as soon as it was in, they checked and I was at 10cm (doh!). I had to wait an hour for the epi to wear off...then pushed for an hour.

Contractions started about 1030pm on friday, he was born sunday at 5:15pm. So I was in labor for almost 43 hours. I had scar tissue around my cervix so I didn't dilate until one of the nurses in triage 'popped' it at around 1am on Sunday. I went from just being a fingertip dilated to being 6 in an hour! My labor was all back labor.

How long did you labor:
With your 1st child? About 5 hours, total. 1 hour of that was pushing time.
2nd child? About 3 hours, total. About 30 minutes of that was pushing time.

With my 1st I was induced and was only 2 days late. It was a 24 hour labor and terrible.
With my 2nd I was 17 days late and birthed at home. It was a 7 hr labor from start to finish.
with my 3rd I went into labor on due date and it was 4 hours from start to finish.
With my 4th, my water broke 2 weeks early and I wasn't even in labor for hours. From active labor to finish it was 3.5-4 hours.

For DS, my labor was induced I stayed in the labor room for 2 days, (4 hours in active labor).
Giving birth to DD was a lot easier. 2 hours in active labor (natural labor), pushed twice - and the baby is out!
