In my Bradley class we were taught to use Tennis Balls to help with back labor and just pain in general...but I personally didn't try this

Did you use tennis balls?
do you think they helped?
Did you find something that worked better?

I didn't use tennis balls. But my poor husband's hands were pretty much falling off after my first labor (back labor) so I should have had some. Second labor, didn't have back pain, didn't need them.

I had back labor, but I can't imagine wanting someone to put pressure anywhere on my body during labor.

we bought some, but didn't use them. I wish we had...Sam's arms were about to fall off after 22 hours of applying pressure lol
