2 1/2 days both times. It was so relaxing No meals to cook, no laundry to do, just snuggle with the baby and be waited on hand and foot.

I was in for 2 days with both Noah and Aly and they came home when I did. I was in for basically 3 days with Nicky because of the time he was born and Nicky was there for 5 days total (1 day in room with me and 4 days NICU). Here, it's a mandatory 48 hour stay for baby and Mom.

I was admitted Friday at 1pm, Brylie was born Saturday at 10:30PM and we left at 6PM Monday.

I wasn't in a hurry to go home...they wanted us to stay another day because of the jaundice, but we had family who had drove 5 hours to meet Brylie so we went home to meet them. She was re-admitted 5 days later, wish I would've just stayed that extra night!

I like not having to do anything but hold my babe...sam is around 100% of the time, etc...my insurance allows up to 3 days, so i think im going to take it next time!

48 hours, and it was too long for my liking. I'm hoping that this time they'll let me just do the 24 hours and go...

2 days. Well, technically, 3 if you count the day I had him. I was admitted at 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning, and discharged around 11:00 a.m. Thursday.

I was admitted 5pm Monday. Claire was born 4:23am Wednesday. I went home at noon on Saturday. In retrospect I wish I had stayed one more night. Getting up the 4 fligts to my condo almost killed me!

With my first I stayed two days. I liked the help I got with breastfeeding and such, but I was so sore by the time we left because the beds were awful!

With my daughter, I was discharged after one day. But I stayed in the NICU with her until she was discharged.

I don't think a longer stay is as nice with anyone but the first. I missed my son and he missed my husband and me. My husband stayed the first night but then left to get our son from his parents and stay at home with him. Staying in the hospital is different when you have other children at home, especially if your husband can't stay with you because of it.

Two days after they were both born.

I wanted to go home a day later after my 2nd child was born but my boyfriend wasn't having that. He told them I was staying another night, he was worried about Addy and I.

I stayed one day with Ava, they offered me to stay longer, but I missed the comfort of my house, sleeping next to my husband and my kids.
