did you have any complications during your pregnancy? I got dx with pre-e at 32w, and was induced for HELLP after a routine appt at 37w

what about during your labor and delivery? no complications, per say, came VERY close to having a c-section a few times because Brylie's HR dropped into the 30's...i was also hallucinating, and babbling nonsense for awhile, but i don't think that counts as a complication

post partum? other than mild PPD, nothing much

did you have any complications during your pregnancy?
Twins: I had preterm labor starting at 26 weeks.
Single baby: None

what about during your labor and delivery?
Twins: No real complications during the labor/deliveries, but we found out after my 2nd twin's placenta delivered that she actually had a velamentous cord insertion. So that was really scary!
Single baby: None

post partum?
Twins: I had post partum hemorrhage due to a boggy uterus that didn't want to clamp down. I also ended up with PUPPPs when the twins were 5 days old.
Single baby: None

I had preterm labor at 24 weeks and was on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy. I had labor again at 32 weeks with cervical changes. I also had hypertension near the end. But i made it to 39 weeks.

what about during your labor and delivery?
My labor was fine until the pushing stage. He decended really slowly. I got tired and wasn't pushing well anymore. i ended up with a vaccum delivery. I was so relieved that option was available.

post partum?
My post partum period was pretty easy. I had a complication with a retained piece of placenta and was able to pass it on my own. I felt pretty bad for a few days, but it wasn't bad in the scheme of things. It just made me tired.

did you have any complications during your pregnancy?
I have a clotting disorder and a history of clots so that was one complication I had to deal with my entire pregnancy. It meant 2 shots a day in the stomach and close monitoring suring the pregnancy. I developed pre-e at 37 weeks and had to be induced earlier than the planned 39 weeks.

what about during your labor and delivery?
Nothing. I had a blissfully uneventful labor.

post partum?
Nope.

did you have any complications during your pregnancy?
no besides labour never starting on it's own With DS blood pressure issues after due date

what about during your labor and delivery?
DS being bigger baby got stuck slightly and broke his collarbone on delivery.

post partum?
DS - I had terrible back spasm that literally brought me to my knees crying - worst pain ever experienced. I thought then they were afterpains or something and they eventually went away after a couple weeks but they seriously made me question having a third baby ever. Since having that next baby and experiencing another natural birth I think that I might have pinched a nerve, slipped something or something in my back with DS since I had very minimal afterpains this time.

did you have any complications during your pregnancy?
DD: No.
DS: Had PTL at 34 weeks, was on bedrest until 36 weeks, then he decided he was comfortable until 37+5 weeks

what about during your labor and delivery?
DD: Cassidy was posterior, so her delivery was hard and slow, but no real complications.
DS: After Joel was born I hemorrhaged pretty badly and my placenta refused to come out. An hour later, when the midwife and resident OB were both still trying to get it out, they prepped the OR to give me a D&C but thankfully it delivered just minutes before they wheeled me down to OR.

post partum?

Nope. My recoveries have been painless and quick.
