I was very young (19) when I had my first "son". I didnt even think to ask for a gender shot back then. I think I had 2 u/s and a couple sonograms in the office. Each of them doc kept saying girl.
Well our little Jacqueline Grace had ruffles and lace and pink baby blankets. Imagine my shock when "she" popped out and all my mother could say was "did you see that?", Im thinking yeah, it's a baby! Nope...SHE WAS A HE! I don't know how they missed his little penis. We literally had maybe one or 2 outfits for a boy.
I am pregnant with #4 and "supposedly" it is a girl! lol...I sure hope so because she has tons of little pink outfits already, Im ecstatic. However my anxiety over my first u/s experience is constantly in the back of my mind!
Here is an u/s pic for you to judge! Im just crossing everything they are right, we have 3 boys already, lol! They are more ready for a sister then we were, heehee...

Looks like a girl right? I sure hope so! lol...

Where I am from in Canada they wont tell you the sex of the baby. Dh and I didnt want to know anyways so that worked out for the best. I loved the surprise of hearing "It's a Boy!!!".

It happened to my brother and SIL. She even brought the ultrasound video to our house and showed where the tech typed in "Penis" and "scrotum", so we were all prepared to meet a little boy. Well, my brother comes out of the delivery room and asks if we're prepared to meet Clara Elizabeth. We all thought he was joking, but he wasn't!
