I see you will welcome the new one very soon. What are your feelings about your upcoming c-birth? Do you have any wisdom to share from your first two?

No c-sections here, and hopefully none ever if I get my way! Good luck with your up-coming arrival!

I've had one C-Section, so far. I went in for my 38 week appt, and it turned out the baby was breech (a frank breech, we found). Went in the next day for an External Version (external manipulation of the uterus to get the baby to turn.. only 75% effective)... Before and after an external version, you are hooked up to an NST and contraction monitor. Turned out I was in active labor and dialated from 3-5 cms in 45 minutes.
They had to rush me into C-Section. Not too much fun.. trying for a VBAC, this time!

Thanks I'm hoping so, too! She just hasn't made her appearance yet. I've been in early labor for about two weeks, now, and she just doesn't want to come, lol. I'm 2-3 cms and 80-85% effaced and have been for a while, lol. Ah, well.
