Induced due to HELLP, so I can't say unmedicated or 100% natural, but I went pain med free....next time assuming my body is a little better behaved it will be 100% natural hospital water birth (what this one was supposed to be!)

I'm not voting in this poll cuz I always have a hard time with these kind of questions, is it unmedicated if you had pitocin? All 4 were vaginal births, 2 with epidurals, 2 without, and no other kinds of pain meds either.

Vaginal birth-17 hours. I wanted to try to go as far as I could without any medication. I made it to 6cm then had the epi.

Vaginal / un-medicated (I was 8cm when I got to the hospital so I had no choice but it had been my original plan not too)
Had back labor for 8.5 hours (wasn't horrible till about the last hour when transition hit and I couldn't stop puking) and I pushed for about 30-45 minutes (pushing felt better than the contractions).
