symptoms? Some ladies have every single one, some a few, and some "lucky" ones never even know they have endo until they go for infertility testing.

I'm one of the unlucky ones at times and lucky at times. Sometimes it's just the really bad cramps. At other times it's the screwy BM's around AF. I'll be constipated a few days before and then upset stomach the first few days of. Really bad back aches. My legs will hurt down to my knees. At times even shots of Vicodin don't work. Painful sex used to be a huge problem but not so bad anymore. Painful orgasms as well.

I'm one of the unlucky ones too. The pain I have during AF has been known to send me to bed fir a week and I'm always anaemic from the blood loss. I get cramps most of the time and that 'ripping' feeling. I usually get diarrhoea just before and during AF, and I get the pain through my legs too. DTD is really painful which brings all the guilt issues. I also have some endo in my bladder (sorry if this is TMI) which has led to some very painful passing of blood which I thought initially were infections but turned out to be nasty endo interfering in other places.

I had everything you posted except the infertility. I thought my cramps would kill me sometimes. Ouch!

Since surgery pelvic pain, horrible cramping during AF and random pain throughout the month. AF usually incapaciates me for the first few days. Terrible back aches and infertility apparently at the moment. Before my surgery I had painful intercourse, painful bowel movements, blood in the stool, midcycle spotting, heavy AF, terrible lower back pain, painful diarrhea. Honestly, even after all these years I never even considered the fact that I had endo. But as soon as my doctor mentioned it I looked it up and immediately started crying because I had like every single symptom, so I knew after years of no answers, this was the answer. And it wasn't the one I wanted!

That's exactly how I felt when I saw a documentary about women with endo the year before I was finally diagnosed
