I must have tried all kinds of things over the years None of them ever helped, to be totally honest.

I tried changing my diet, taking varius supplements, reflexology - you name it.

I am actually thinking about trying hypnotherapy for pain management. I also have ME/CFS and have a lot of pain through my bones and muscles related to that, as well as the endo pain, and have been thinking it just might help.

Have you ever found an alternative therapy that has helped you?

I have also read alot on the endo dieting, but alot I read was the best diet is a strict vegan diet and I'm sorry I just can't do that! This girl's gotta have a little meat in her life! Although I have considerbly cut down on the red meat. This sucks. Not only do you have a painful debilitating disease, but you also have to go through all sorts of extremes just to get some relief?! *sigh*

I haven't tried anything either. I would love to hear about how the acupuncture is... something I have thought about for a while.

I tried the diet too. It lasted all of about 3 days. No red meat, no sugars, certain veggies and fruits you can't have. No wheat....it was horrible.

I'd be interested in the acupuncture too.

The frustrating thing about the alleged endo diet is that some of the things you're not supposed to eat conflict with some of the things I *am* supposed to eat with ME/CFS to help with energy! So in the end I just decided to try to eat a balance of foods.

I have found that if I do my best to stay away from sodas and sweets it helps. Now that I think about it maybe it helps with the IBS which makes me think it helps with the endo?
