Are your AFs very heavy or are they about average?

Mine have been really heavy since my first one. I can't wear tampons at all (too painful) and I flood pads so quickly, I have to buy really big, thuick, overnight incontinence pads because I can't find sanitary towels that are thick enough. So many of them these days are really thin, and as for the ones with 'wings'... way to ruin my pants!!

I am pregnant now, but I used to have really heavy periods too. I bled through my clothes quite a few times despite my best efforts to change pads or tampons often. I was so embarassing.

I did before my surgery. I'd have 7-9 day periods, usually going through 2 boxes of tampons per period. But in the 2 periods I've had since my surgery in March, the first was a day and a half and the second was 2 1/2 days.

I used to have horrible af's before my surgery. I had two af's after surgery. The first was right after and it was awful. the second didnt hurt at all.

From the very beginning even my first one I bled soo awful and it was soo painful. My first af since bcp and having my son was just really awful. Im afraid I will need another lap to even get pg

Since being off BC it's been great up until my last AF. Before that it was 2 days of light flow and one day of spotting - very very minimal cramps. This last one kicked my butt though. The first two days I was changing my tampon every hour and had to go get a shot for the pain. It still only lasted 3 days though.
