Everything was going so well and then they bring in a stroller box. Ummmm... that's not mine and unless there's a living breathing baby in that crate too I don't want the stuff. Turns out one of our crates got missed and is still at the port in Charleston. At first I'm ok with it. It's a small one, only three boxes. Nothing I can't live with out. Then I notice what one of the boxes is. It's my purses. Close to 1000 dollars worth. ( I went a little purse crazy in Europe ) A Longchamp I bought for around 400 dollars that costs 900 in the states, a Coccinelle which was also more than half price over there, two Sequoias, a Guess, and a Fun Bag. Plus a Guess and Coccinelle wallet. I don't shop much but mess with my shoes, books, or bags and I get really ticked. I really hope they find the box. Luckily I have the receipts for all of them still and I took pictures before they packed. The other boxes were Matt's fire gear and military stuff and then linens and decorations and things. All in all probably 3 grand worth of stuff.

AGHHHH I hope it shows up!! We had two kitchen boxes, our baby gates, a book shelf, and a few other things go MIA and never show up.... we did end up with a tennis racket though that was not ours. :S

Luckily the military started doing the full replacement value thing. Plus I was smart enough to put the one bag on high value inventory or the most they would give me would be 300 bucks for it. Since they are *pretty sure* the crate got left at the port I'm not worrying too much yet.

I had heard they started doing full value! Way better than prorating it!
