There are so many symptoms of endo and it affects each one of us differently. How has it changed your life? Are all those changes for the bad? Are there things that you wish you could do but can't? (besides get pregnant easily )

I have to say the only good things are the facts that I have so much empathy for people with chronic pain problems now and I have a higher pain tolerance. Contractions shouldn't be that bad I hate the fact that there are times that DH wants to go out and I just can't either because of the pain or the overall exhaustion.

Agreed = pain and exhaustion. Most people say, "Oh, endo pain can't be that bad. You're just overreacting/have low pain tolerance."

"Okay... I had a baby, and I have endo. The endo hurts worse at some points than the majority of labor and delivery did. Get bent."

I think we need waaaaay more Endometriosis awareness out there. Just because it's a "woman's" disease, doesn't mean we don't need a cause and a cure just as much as anyone else.

</end rant.>

Yup!! The pain is #1 on my list.
THANK GOODNESS my hubby knows and understands. He's been there since day one that I've been diagnosed so he knows the drill. All I have to say to him is " It's couch time"--- meaning I'm going no where but too the couch to lay down. He spoils me - getting me pain pills, heat pads, cooks dinner. Hes great!!! It sure makes Endo ALOT easier to have his help.

AND YES!!! We need LOTS more Endo awareness!! You never hear anything about it on the news or stuff like that. UGH!!!
