I'm new here. I was going to wait to say anything till my doc appointment but it's pretty clear that Endo is what I have, after all this time and all these doctors telling me I'm "fine". My mom has it, I had symptoms REALLY bad in high school but they went away during my college years. I was fine until I had my daughter a year and a half ago (though it took 7 months to conceive her) and it's like I delivered her and was put in a different body. I've been a wreck since then and thankfully I have a new doctor who actually listens (we're military and just moved) and that's her big guess but did some bloodwork as well just to be on the safe side, since I went in convinced my hormones were way out of whack.

We're on month 7 of trying for #2, and since my husband is in the military and can deploy whenever we're kind of frustrated and on a time crunch. I finally got the referral to go to GYN but the soonest appointment was a month away-so I'm REALLY counting down, and trying to manage things till then. I was on my morning walk today and had horrible sharp pains on my right side that thankfully went away after awhile but they still can't get me in to be seen. It seems like it's getting worse month by month-I had horrible pain and bleeding for about 6 months after I delivered, then my idiot GYN put me on a BC pill that made the pain stop but I bled for 4 months straight (good thing DH was deployed!) ...so I think now that I stopped taking the pill in the fall it's finally wearing out of my system and things are coming back full force.

I look forward to chatting with you ladies!

Welcome to the group! I hope you can get some answers soon!

I'm Jackie (28), DH is Jon (29) and we've been trying for our first since December of 2007. After 28 long months and unsuccessful attempts with Clomid, IUI, and IVF, I am currently back on BCP to deal with the endo pain until we are able to try a FET (frozen embryo transfer).

Our TTC journey: 6 cycles Clomid, lap surgery/ D&C, IUI, 2 x IVF; 33 cycles- BFN.
IVF#1 (March 2010) Transferred two 8-cell grade A (perfect) embies- BFN and heartbroken.

IVF#2/FET#1 (Jan/Feb 2011):Transferred two (7&8 cell) grade A (PERFECT) embies- BFN again.
March 2011- February 2012: On BCP due to endometriosis.

March 2012- taking a few months off of BCP and we are TTC naturally.
We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.
