Lil man's 7th birthday is on Wed and I have my first ultrasound on Friday.

Can't wait to hear how it goes! What do they look for on the 1st ultrasound? I've never been pregnant, so I don't know any of this stuff. Happy birthday DS

Umm for the first one it depends on how far along you are. They usually look for a sac and fetal pole, possibly the beginning of a developing baby and heartbeat. For when I should be when I'm doing it, I expect to see some sort of bean looking like baby and hopefully a heart beat.

i have alot this week happening. got to buy the teachers gifts today. carols by candlelight picnic at the school tomorrow night. and then working as per usual.
