tonight we having take out. after a 6 hour drive and getting unpacked i am not cooking, lol.

I made "freezer" burritos. They were good and we've got about 20 in the freezer.

Last night we had homemade meat sauce with rotini pasta, and seasoned green beans (I was feeling pretty good last night). Tonight, though, will probably just be mac and cheese with peas and tuna mixed in, b/c I feel crappy.

Mac and cheese with peas and tuna is awesome

Also easy and good is macaroni salad with chicken. Some pasta, mayo, peas, and chicken - you can even used canned chicken.
