Endo Study

Not sure about this one. I started my period at either 12 or 13 and started using tampons almost immediately. And, I'm not proud to say, became sexually active 2 weeks after my 15th birthday.

For those of you how would like there is a study going on about heredity and endo. You sign up and they send you a questionnaire, a family tree to complete, and a DNA sample kit. It's a pretty neat study but since I've had a hysto they don't want me. I can find the link again if anyone is interested.

hmmm, interesting. i started AF at 13. and only started using tampons around 16/17. but only became sexually active at 18. but have used tampons excluively since then.

but the study seems to go on more about having sex during AF. which i have never done.
maybe thats what i am doing wrong, lol.

Paige, thanks for the link. that was an interesting read!

Thanks for sharing Paige. I would be interested in the link for the other study as well.

I started my period when I was eleven. I used tampons very rarely because I just don't like them. I became sexually active at seventeen and have only had sex while on my period a couple of times.
