I hurt my back right before New Years and have been seeing a chiropractor. It has been going well and she put me in a back brace. Well Monday night at work somehow I hurt my shoulder. I woke up yesterday with excruciating pain in my shoulder and down my arm. And I would up throwing up all day yesterday. I went to the chiropractor last night and she thinks that my shoulder is completely inflamed. I took last night and tonight off from work. My shoulder is feeling better today and I am hoping it is tons better tomorrow.

Oh that sucks. I've had back issues for years, and shoulder ones for the past year and change. I hope they can resolve it for you.
