I have thought about changing my diet and trying some of those diets that are said to help endo, but between having a bakery (which is not gluten-free) and a husband who is addicted to meat, it just doesn't work for me. I think if there was definitive proof that it would make a significant difference, I would.

I'm in a bad position because I also have PCOS and you need a low carb diet for that. So if I eliminate carbs, meat, and dairy what exactly am I supposed to eat? I don't like beans, and can't imagine living on fruits and vegetables alone. I don't see how that would be very healthy for me either as I'm pretty sure I need protein to live. I know that additional carbs promote weight gain but I don't know for sure eliminating meat and dairy will help me so I don't see myself ever going vegan.
