I had my appointment with my ob/gyn yesterday. He definately thinks the ndo is back. He said my options are to try for a couple more months then treat the endo if I am not pregnant or go ahead and treat it now. He checked for cysts and I do not have any so I do not need to have another lap. So we made the decision that we would treat the endo with the Lupron Depot shot again for six months then we will do iui right away after my cycle returns. I know it is the right decision for us since with the endo back the chances of us getting pregnant are low and I do not want to waste the money or go through the heartache. I am struggling with knowing there is no chance of me having a baby in my arms in 2013 but I can still get pregnant in 2013.
Thank you so much Bokkechick for the perfect siggie!!!
Sorry to hear this. It sucks that treating your fertility problem makes you infertile! Hoping your first IUI is successful in a few months and you are pregnant with a sticky baby by this time next year.
Thanks Bokkechick for my wonderful siggy! TTC Blog
Can you do an IUI sooner than later? Treating the endo with hormone injections puts it into a state of remission (so, like a pause), I don't believe its growth actually regresses, or have you been told otherwise?
