If so at what point did it come back. I've had a lot of relief from it since my surgery 4 months ago but this month I'm having a lot endometriosis like pain. I started acupuncture this month so that could be why my uterus is so sore but my back is killing me also and I don't ovulate for another 4 days. Could it be coming back so soon?

My understand is that as long as you have a period the endo is there. So you could definately be having endo pain. There could also be endo in places where the doctor could not reach during your surgery. But your uterus could also be sore because it is gearing up to O. My pain never went away completely after my surgery.

You're welcome. I am sorry I could not give you more positive information. Endo sucks and I think it is kind of sneaky!

Thanks to both of you, it's also good to know if I can get pregnant I won't have to deal with some of the pain I've been dealing with.

From reading on a fB group, a lot of people start having the pain come back within a few months of surgery.
