I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years. I have been having issues with my periods. I went to my gyn had a vaginal Ultrasound where I have no cysts but my endometrium measures 18 mm in width. She also said I was estrogen dominate. My lmp was 12 days long and this finding was 1 week after that period ended. I am starting progesterone for 5 days to kick start a new cycle in hopes I will strip the thick layer. If this don't work then another round of progesterone and another ultrasound at CD 5 of that cycle. Any thoughts or advice. I'm a little scared she said if this doesn't work then a d&c to biopsy the lining.
