Post what you know about vermicutlure.

Anybody do this?

Here is a lowdown: Composting With Worms - Earth911.com

Basically it is compoting with worms. I went to a class about this once but since we have all the bins for regular compost in the back I've never actually tried it myself.

Never heard of it, but it sure does look interesting. Are you going to try it?

I'm not sure. It would be nice to just have a bin under my sink to throw fruit scraps as we use them but then we have the big pile out back.

After thinking about this all day I sort of want to give it a try. I need to figure out where I can get the proper worms for it around here though.

a friend of mine does that in her garage. she has big storage bins full of compost and worms. She also added a few *shudders* spiders to keep the fruit flys at bay. Good luck!

I want to do it too and if I had a garage I would, I just don't want worms in my house.
