We have a huge pear tree next to our house but thanks to the millions of squirrels, birds and wildlife we never get any fruit off of it. Last summer we could lay in bed and listen to the pear's hitting the ground but they'd all be gone by morning.

We have 14. The first thing we did when we moved into our house was start planting them and we have added more every year since. One year something came out and ate all the fruit off. It was crazy. Looks like it's going to be q great fruit year for us. I'll post some pics when I have a chance.

They are so easy to maintain btw, they are hooked up to an irrigation system and all we have to do is prune them once a year.

nope...wish i did too. what kind of fruit trees do you have, Alyssa?

my Granny has an avocado tree...i don't visit too often, but when i do i take like 10 avocados with me! and they're HUGE!

1 santa rosa plum
1 gala apple
2 other varieties of apples (can't remember which)
2 varities of peach
1 apricot
1 blood orange
1 valencia orange

Both orange trees we just planted last summer so they are still pretty small.

Here is a picture of a couple of apricots on the tree. The tree has a rediciulous amint on there. Hope nothing eats them before they are ripe.
