How do I begin? I know exactly where I want it, but not sure how to go about getting it put in. Also it will be on the edge of a fence in 2 spots. So should I put boards going across the bottom of the fence to keep the dirt from moving? Where do you buy dirt? There are holes there and grass that I will need to remove so I need to fill those up. I'm also going to buy some weed and feed for my whole yard. Is there one that could be used for both the lawn and garden or do I need to buy 2 separate ones?

These are the flowers I'd like to plant:
Roses
Tulips
Chrysanthemum
Carnations
Iris
Lavender
And maybe some others that are annual.

It's a memorial garden for the ones I lost due to m/c.

I buy all my supplies here at Lowes/Home Depot or Walmart. Basically anywhere they have a garden dept. Yes I would put wood around the fences to make a flower bed.

I really dont have any advice and about weeds though. I say as your local garden dept.
