Do you do any canning or freezing of your fruits/veggies? Do you buy extra produce if you don't have enough in the garden to put back?

I wasn't sure if I wanted to can this year, since the baby is due in mid-late August, but we decided to go for it. My mom won't be working after this Spring, so we'll just pack up the kids and head down to her house when it's time. We shop at a local Amish store for additional produce and will probably buy a little more this year, since I'm not putting in as big of a garden with the baby on the way.
