I've dusted off my copy of 30 Day Shred and just ordered a copy of Jillian Michael's "Shred it with Weights."
I need to be better about getting up early for runs, but I decided to take a week of rest and relaxation before hitting it hard again in the AM. On the weekends I like to go to the track with Jace in the jogging stroller and since he loves being outside all the time - it's a win-win!
What are you doing to stay active? What are you doing with your babies?
I've been going to the gym and really watching what I eat. I will also take Kalia on walks and let her run around outside. As a family we will play basketball (not too much since Mason's knee is still messed up), go to the park, etc.
