Paige does not have one so I am not help. Just know that she (and you) will be in my T&P's.
I know there is (or used to be) at least 1 or 2 moms of kids with feeding tubes. I hope they chime in with some help.
((hugs)) My daughter had an NG tube for awhile, but we didn't have experience with G-tubes. However, I posted on this great support forum where there are parents with lots of feeding issues with their kids: http://www.parent-2-parent.com/forum/
There's a lot of knowledgeable people on there, and even if you don't sign up or post, you can still read what others have written on the subject. Good luck to you.
Thanks ladies. She has a ng tube now, but it is interfering with her physical therapy, and her body is rejecting it. She is always sick. From what I understand the g-button is going to make a huge difference, but it seems so permanent. I keep wondering if she is every going to eat anything but pediasure.
good luck! on jm the only one i know of was julia (oceanchild's daughter) but it was an ng tube. i think there was someone else with a g tube but don't know that they still frequent the board. let us know how it goes.
