Does anyone else's LO have allergies as well as weight gain problems and are they related?

We're kind of on the fence about food allergies. Jonah did have reactions to soy and milk when he was younger, but tested negative (RAST and skin prick) at 15 months and passed his food challenge at 18 months. Haven't noticed as noticeable reactions, but subtle.
