We started using this with Hunter and his yo-yo weight stabilized!! After 4 weeks on this stuff (a LOT of this stuff) he put on a half pound and we've never looked back! He's solidly on the growth chart now It's just omega-3 fatty acids and DHA in a gooey flavoring. He won't eat it so we have to mix it in with Odwalla or Naked Juices or in home-made juice (he still needs thickened liquids too). Plus the consistency is funky in regular juice. Just wondering if anyone had done this kind of fat supplementation (he uses 6-8 packets A DAY) and how they weaned down and if their kid lost weight after they weaned down. I just bought a bunch on ebay but I am seriously hoping we don't have to keep doing this forever!!

I haven't heard of Coromega before. I'm glad it's working for your little guy! Sorry I can't be much help, maybe someone else will have more experience with it. My little guy is a May 2007 baby as well! How much does Hunter weigh?

I've never head of it either. I am also glad it is working for you though! You may be able to google and find blogs or something that a mom has posted on though...I hope you find what you are looking for!

Wow, I'm joining the others too I haven't heard of it. But I think I'm going to read up on it, it sounds interesting. I'm glad to hear that it is currently working for you guys, anything that works for these little ones is good in my books. lol
