My friend has a little boy that had this until he was 3. He was on Neocate Jr only. His scopes looked like someone had taken a bottle scrubber and scrubbed it through from the top of his esophagus to the end of his rectum. He was miserable and in the hospital for 2 weeks...he was diagnosed at 3 weeks old...until the bleeding stopped...

I don't believe there's a cure for EE (according to Ava's GI). It can stay stable, though. It sounds like your friend's DS is doing well and I hope he stays that way.
