Just whenever we go to the doctor LOL. The dietitian at her pulmonologist told us to check it monthly and keep track at home so we do that.

We keep track monthly at home and every time he is at the doctor...which is usually about the same amount of time among his various doctors. He goes in to each doc every three months for a scheduled visit but if at anytime he backslides more than .5 pound and it isn't due to illness we go to the GI. He still hasn't gained as of yesterday night...one week post raising the enzyme dosage.
