ooo have fun! Where are you going? Carly gained almost 3 oz this past week. Ped says that's almost 1/2 oz per day so that's acceptable. But the last week she gained 7 oz, which I still question but the scale said it so I guess so. Still awaiting for for the sweat test. Is it true they form blisters on the baby? Tha's what my ped said and it scares me. I'm questioning if this test is absolutely needed? I don't want blisters on her

That is only if they burn the baby...that is what happened with Danny the second time he had it done. Just make sure that there is good coverage of the gauze over the electrode before they put it on and she should be fine. We went to Nashville, Chattanooga, Crossville, and McMinnville for 1-2 days each. We have been back since Saturday I just have been SUPER busy this week.

We are here Nyla had a sweat test done and never had blisters. It took about a half hour and her result was 45.

Did they ever retest her? 40 is the bottom limit for the borderline range. :/ Danny's was 39 so they did a retest even though he was technically out of the borderline range. His second on was 27. If Nyla has never been retested I would suggest it...especially with all of her lung and growth issues. Kids with CF often have symptoms much like Nyla...
