My son has a kidney condition, and has been through one surgery back in September and now must have another in March. The condition causes him to feel nauseous and have stomach and back pain often. He has lost some weight since first being diagnosed and is starting to look very pale and drawn. He's a picky eater to begin with, and all this has just made it worse. Does anyone have ANY ideas of healthy ways to get some weight on him? I feel like I'm watching him waste away.

My son is 6 and is only about 32lbs....he's been dx FTT since he was little. Thus far the GI has prescribed him with an appetite stimulant and told us to add fatty foods (butter/peanut butter) to anything we can. It sucks to have a picky eater and watch them lose weight
