I am having a hard time weaning Brandon off the pediasure. He is eating pretty well now but he will not drink milk. He still doesn't eat as well as I would like but he eats well enough that I think we can wean from the pediasure soon. But when he doesn't have it he spends the day miserable and crying.

We are working with the feeding clinic on weaning Sarah off the feeding tube. She currently is on Pediasure and taking in 24 oz a day. They have told us that they want her taking in 25-26 oz of liquid a day (mixture of water, pediasure and juice). I know when we were first fighting FTT we tried everything to get her to take on more formula as a baby so we purchased from Nestle a variety pack of flavor packets you can add to milk or formula. You might try going to Nestle's site and trying them. I think it was $2.50 for a variety box of 20 packets. We still have 6 unopened boxes that we are holding on to until they tell us to try milk as she gets none just Vanilla Pediasure and she wasn't keen on them as a baby. They have flavors French vanilla, chocolate, Orange Dream, banana, cappuccino and bubble gum. Maybe you try adding some flavor to the milk and Brandon might drink it if you disquise it. I have also been starting Sarah on these new Dannon Frusion Smoothies (260 calories) and she is loving them. They are a bit expensive 1.95 a pop so it's just a treat but she loves them and it's extra calories and calcium she could use.
Brandon likes the yogurt smoothies too. I don't buy them all the time because they are expensive. I am going to wait till I talk to my pediatrician and make sure he is okay with me weaning him off the pediasure. His weight is really good now and he is eating okay now. I just don't want to do anything sudden.
