My daughter has been on a cold cereal kick in the mornings. While we mix it with whole milk. I can't help feeling like she's not really getting any calories. She usually eats Chex. Any suggestions for packing in the calories with cold cereal? I'm still bummed that she's been off eggs and french toast for over a week now.
I have the same problem! The only suggestion I've heard is to put the cereal in yogurt that will stick to it while they pick it out, but I know mine is so picky she'll just decide she won't have anything in that case.
