Today I stopped at McDonalds drive thru and got Anna some McNuggets and fries. (Hey! Feeding team gave it a thumbs up!) She almost never has more than one nugget or finishes the fries, and I was starving, so I took the liberty of eating two of the four nuggets as well as a few fries. Well, to my amazement, she gobbled through two whole nuggets and all the fries and then asked for more!! NOOO!!! I felt so horrible that I had eaten my hungry daughter's food when I'm trying to get her to gain weight! How horrible am I?

ditto April. we do that too, lol. McDonalds has become a regular meal around here, and Chris takes half of Anastasia's fries, lol.

Bad Mommy! Bad! Bad! Te he he just kidding! I can understand your frustration. But look on the positive side - she ate more than one nugget and lots of fries! That's a great sign!
For my fries story - we got fries on our way home from somewhere and were handing them back to our 2 year old son, whom the ped said we should try to get extra calories into. He would take one and then ask for more so we kept handing them back. Then we realized he was asking for more faster than he could possibly be swallowing them. So I look back and he had all of them in the snack cup attached to his car seat - he hadn't eaten any! Grrrr... LOL.
