How long do you deep the IC in the pee cup? I always seem to feel i didnt leave it in long enough, or i did it too much... same thing with FRER.. on the instructions for FRER it says 15 sec in midstream or in a cup.. which is better??

I would say the pee cup and just leave in there for like 10 to 15 seconds and it should be fine. Sometimes using mid stream method if any urine would get splashed up on the screen of the test it may not read properly.
