Newbie...and pregnant?

Hi everyone,

I've been reading the posts here for a while but I just joned today. The support and information that you guys give here is wonderful and invaluable!

But the reason I joined is because I needed some second (and third and fourth...) opinions on the hpt I took tonight. I am probably between 9-12 dpo (I'm not tracking any way other than marking my periods on fertility friend). I haven't really been experiencing too many symptoms that are anything notable.

At first it looked like a bfn, but upon closer inspection, I saw a very faint line. So I ripped the test apart to get a closer look.

The photo isn't awesome, but hopefully you will all see the same line that I do? It's a FRER, if that makes a difference. I was thinking evap line, but I'm not too sure.

Any input??? Thanks!!

i see *something* but pic isnt clear enough. Try with your first morning's urine and see if you get a darker line- good luck!

It looks positive as I see color to it but I would suggest taking another one with FMU. Congrats!

Well I tested again last night with a ept and got a very very very faint positive. But then I tested this morning on another frer with fmu and it was fainter than yesterday, if that's possible.

I'm not sure what to think. I guess I should wait a few days and test again? AF is due on Friday or Saturday.

there is a line there but its very faint....how soon did that line show up?? i would wait til the weekend to test again!

I wouldn't worry to much about the line getting lighter. It is possible that they dye is different or there is a different amount in that test. I would say if you have gotten a line on FRER you are probably pregnant. I would probably wait a few more days and test again to see a darker line, but I am addicted to peeing on a stick!
