Okay so for those that want to know about my dr appt today, here it is lol. I did not get a referel or anything like that. She actually said there isn’t enough studies that prove Luteal Phase Defect is actually something that happens. Which i think is a crock of ##### but oh well i’m not the dr. Anyway she said that if i wanted to be treated for it then i could start using progestrone 2 days after ovulation until i get my period and if i get pregnant keep using it until the first trimester is over. As for baby making goes lol, we are trying this month and next month and the one after we will be on a break since Chris will be gone. We are actually going to take July off as well and try again in Aug so he will be here for the birth. We will no longer be on the Stennis after April of 2009 so he only has to do a few months of west pac. We will be moving in May so hopefully everything goes well and we go on our way to San Diego. Hopefully i get pregnant this month with a very sticky bean and i will be due around the first part of January or end of December. Wish us luck everyone and say a little prayer we get a healthy baby.

Denise.... sorry she couldn't give you more answers but I am glad she gave you the progesterone! At least she kinda helped. Do you take baby aspirin too? One a day has been said to help with miscarriages due to clotting issues.

I think this next bean is gonna be a super sticky one!

Sorry that you didn't get the referral. Do you plan to take the progesterone? I was tested for blood clotting and it came back normal too but I was still told to take a low dose asprin (actually I love the way the chewables taste) and I am also on progesterone which I will warn makes you tired and also on an antibiotic 3 times a day to fight bacterial infections of the vagina/uterus as a safety precaution. I feel like a pill factory with that and my vitamins.

It sounds like you have a good plan. I hope that you get pregnant this next month of trying. HUGS

Having several family members in the military at one time or another, I find them to be complacent. They do the minimum. I think she is nuts to say that there is no proof of LD and how it affects pregnancy. This is a little off topic, but my little brother was having heart issues. He is in the Army. It took over 3mo's to get an EKG, and 6mo's for and ECHO. His heart rate runs in the low 40's, he passes out, has vertigo, increased fatigue. And after 2 tests, they decided that his heart was ok, his symptoms were normal, and that they were done with his testing. 2nd person I know (Army) was diagnosed with a brain abnormality, possible tumor, has insane headaches, nausea and vomiting, and they deployed him to Iraq and told him that they would finish testing him when he returned. LOL! Omg, I hate military doctors. LOL. Atleast she doing something for you. But, if you have concerns that she isn't answering, you need to demand a referral.
